In 2023 a committee was formed of individuals committed to growing and developing the club. A constitution and club rules have been agreed and we act on behalf of our members in defined roles regarding umpiring and coaching, financials, kit, media and social events.

Ethos and Expectations

Please be on time, dressed appropriately and ready to give your full attention with an enthusiastic and development focused mindset.
Use your own judgement with regards to your fitness level and engage with that in mind, to prevent causing injury to yourself or others.
Actively encourage and uplift your teammates. Praise good efforts whilst appreciating that everyone has different levels of ability and confidence.
Treat all Club members, Coaches, Umpires, Opponents, Spectators and equipment with the upmost respect. Aggressive language, intimidating behaviour, harassment or discrimination - on or off the court - will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action and/or membership termination in line with the SCSNC Code of Conduct and SCSNC constitution (which can be found on the website & Facebook “files” tab.)
